Effective October 13, 2026. By using The Fantasy Terminal (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What the Site is

The Site provides fantasy football values, rankings, schedules, statistics and tools for entertainment and information. The values are our own estimates produced by a statistical model. They are early, uncalibrated, and are not a market price or a prediction.

Not advice, no guarantees

Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, gambling or professional advice. Fantasy football outcomes are uncertain. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that data is accurate, complete or current, that the Site will be available without interruption, or that any trade, lineup or waiver suggestion will improve your results. You are responsible for your own decisions.

No affiliation

The Site is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, any NFL team, any player, Sleeper, or any fantasy platform. Team names, player names and other marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the subject of the data.

Third-party data

Player, schedule and statistics data come from nflverse, licensed under CC BY 4.0. Roster import and trending data come from Sleeper's public API. Sleeper data belongs to Sleeper and is subject to its terms. We do not control third-party sources and are not responsible for errors or outages in them.

Your use

• Do not scrape, overload or attempt to disrupt the Site or its data sources.
• Do not copy the Site's values or content in bulk for resale or redistribution.
• Do not use the Site for anything unlawful.

The Site's design, code and values are owned by the site operator. You may use the Site for your personal use.

Links and advertising

The Site may in the future show advertising or links to third parties, some of which may pay us a commission. We are not responsible for third-party sites or offers, and we will say so clearly where such links appear.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, including losses in any fantasy league or contest. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law allows.

Changes

We may change the Site or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
